Is all your gold BIS hallmarked? +
Yes. Every 22K and 18K piece carries a valid BIS hallmark (916/750) along with our own purity tag. You are welcome to re-verify at any BIS centre — if a hallmark ever fails, we replace the piece outright.
Are diamonds certified? +
Every diamond above 0.18 ct ships with an IGI or GIA certificate stating cut, colour, clarity and carat. Smaller accent stones are covered by our own quality assurance certificate.
What is your exchange and return policy? +
Return or exchange any unworn piece within 15 days for full value against gold weight and diamond grade. Exchanges after 15 days are honoured at prevailing gold rates for life on all plain gold jewellery.
Do you ship across India? Is it safe? +
Yes — orders above ₹25,000 ship free via fully insured secure logistics, with signature-on-delivery and live tracking. Every parcel is discreetly packed and insured for its full invoice value.
How does the Gold SIP plan work? +
Deposit a fixed amount monthly for 11 months; we contribute the 12th month's instalment (up to 75% of one instalment) when you redeem against any gold purchase. Over 8,000 families currently save with us.
